First Quarter 2015 Results Reported by Amphenol Corporation
April 22, 2015 8:01 AM EDTWALLINGFORD, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Amphenol Corporation (NYSE: APH) reported today first quarter 2015 diluted earnings per share of $0.57 compared to $0.50 (excluding one-time items) for the comparable 2014 period. (All per share and share amounts included herein have been adjusted to reflect the Companys 2-for-1 stock split effective October 9, 2014.) On an as reported basis, first quarter 2014 diluted earnings per share was $0.49. Such per share amount for the 2014 period included a one-time charge for acquisition-related transaction costs of $2 million ($.01 per share) related to a 2013 acquisition.
