(NASDAQ: ASRV) announced that its Board of Directors declared a $0.01 per share quarterly common stock cash dividend. The cash dividend is payable May 18, 2015 to shareholders of record on May 4, 2015. This cash dividend represents a 1.3% annualized yield using the April 16, 2015 closing common stock price of $3.20 and represents an approximate payout ratio of 14% based upon the Company's recently reported first quarter 2015...
