Cousins Properties Announces Its Second Quarter 2015 Common Stock Dividend
April 16, 2015 4:01 PM EDTATLANTA, April 16, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Cousins Properties Incorporated (NYSE: CUZ) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.08 per common share for the second quarter of 2015. The second quarter dividend will be payable May 28, 2015, to common stockholders of record on May 15, 2015. The $0.08 per share quarterly common dividend equates to $0.32 per share on an annualized basis. Â
