Dorchester Minerals, L.P. Announces Its First Quarter Distribution
April 16, 2015 12:40 PM EDTDALLAS, TX -- (Marketwired) -- 04/16/15 -- Dorchester Minerals, L.P. (NASDAQ: DMLP) announced today the Partnership's first quarter 2015 cash distribution. The distribution of $0.306553 per common unit represents activity for the three-month period ended March 31, 2015 and is payable on May 7, 2015 to common unitholders of record as of April 27, 2015.
Cash receipts attributable to the Partnership's Royalty Properties during the first quarter totaled approximately $9.1 million. These receipts generally reflect oil sales during December 2014 through February 2015 and gas sales during November 2014 through January 2015.
