Collabrx (CLRX), Medytox Solutions Enter Merger Agreement
April 16, 2015 7:03 AM EDTCollabrx (NASDAQ: CLRX) and Medytox Solutions, Inc. (OTC: MMMS) announced that they have entered into a definitive merger agreement. Closing of the merger is subject to, among other things, gaining stockholder approvals from both companies, receipt of regulatory approvals and other customary closing conditions.
Under the terms of the agreement, which has been unanimously approved and adopted by the Boards of Directors of both CollabRx and Medytox, CollabRx equityholders will own a 10% stake in the combined company and Medytox equityholders will own 90% of the combined company, based on the... More
