Antero Midstream Partners LP Increases Quarterly Distribution
April 15, 2015 4:05 PM EDTDENVER, April 15, 2015 /PRNewswire/ --Â Antero Midstream Partners LP (NYSE: AM) ("Antero Midstream" or the "Partnership") today announced that the Board of Directors of Antero Resources Midstream Management LLC, the general partner of the Partnership, declared a cash distribution of $0.18 per unit ($0.72 per unit annualized) for the first quarter of 2015. The distribution represents the Partnership's first distribution increase and a 6% increase compared to the Partnership's minimum quarterly distribution of $0.17 per unit ($0.68 per unit annualized).
