Select Income REIT (SIR) Raises Quarterly Dividend 2% to $0.50; 8.2% Yield
April 13, 2015 8:10 AM EDTSelect Income REIT (NYSE: SIR) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.50 per share, or $2 annualized. This is a 2% increase from the prior dividend of $0.49.
