Constellation Brands (STZ) Initiation of Dividend Payment is Credit-Negative Event - Moody's
April 9, 2015 2:10 PM EDTMoody's Investors Service said today that Constellation Brands' (NYSE: STZ) announcement that it will initiate a quarterly cash dividend is credit negative, but that the company's Ba1/ SGL-3 ratings and stable outlook will not be affected.
