Caterpillar Inc. Maintains Dividend Rate
April 8, 2015 12:30 PM EDTPEORIA, Ill., April 8, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Directors of Caterpillar Inc. (NYSE: CAT) voted today to maintain the quarterly cash dividend of seventy cents ($0.70) per share of common stock, payable May 20, 2015, to stockholders of record at the close of business on April 20, 2015.
