Matador Resources Company Announces Offering of $350 Million of Senior Notes Due 2023

DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Matador Resources Company (NYSE: MTDR) (Matador) announced today that, subject to market conditions, it intends to offer $350 million of senior unsecured notes due 2023 in a private placement to eligible purchasers. Matador intends to use the net proceeds from the offering primarily to repay a portion of the outstanding borrowings under its revolving credit facility and the debt assumed in connection with the merger of Harvey E. Yates Company (HEYCO) with and into Matadors wholly-owned subsidiary, to fund a portion of its future capital expenditures and for other general working capital needs.... More
