PNC Raises Common Stock Dividend To 51 Cents Per Share
April 2, 2015 9:50 AM EDTPITTSBURGH, April 2, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- The board of directors of The PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. (NYSE: PNC) declared a quarterly cash dividend on the common stock of 51 cents per share, an increase of 3 cents per share, or 6 percent, from the first quarter dividend of 48 cents per share. The dividend is payable on May 5, 2015 to shareholders of record at the close of business April 15, 2015.

Optimistic Business Owners Expect Increased Sales With Limited Price Hikes
April 2, 2015 8:00 AM EDTPITTSBURGH, April 2, 2015 /PRNewswire/ --Â Small business owners nationwide are increasingly optimistic about their sales and profits amid recent benefits from lower energy prices and growing enthusiasm about the U.S. economy, according to the latest PNC Economic Outlook Survey findings.
