April 1, 2015 1:51 PM EDTNEW YORK, April 1, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- The Zweig Fund, Inc. (NYSE: ZF) today announced a quarterly distribution of $0.262 per share, payable on April 20, 2015, to shareholders of record on April 13, 2015 (ex-date April 9, 2015).
The Fund has a Managed Distribution Plan ("Plan") to pay 6% of the Fund's net asset value on an annualized basis, consistent with its primary investment objectives and as required by the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended.
