VimpelCom (VIP) Ratings Affirmed by Moody's; Assumes no Further Ruble Deterioration
April 2, 2015 12:28 PM EDTMoody's Investors Service has today confirmed the Ba3 corporate family rating (CFR) and Ba3-PD probability of default rating (PDR) of VimpelCom Ltd. (Nasdaq: VIP). Concurrently, Moody's has confirmed the Ba3 senior unsecured issuer rating of Vimpel-Communications OJSC and Ba3 senior unsecured ratings assigned to debt instruments issued by VimpelCom Holdings B.V., Vimpel-Communications OJSC and VIP Finance Ireland Limited. The outlook on all ratings is stable. This concludes the review for downgrade initiated by Moody's on 23 December 2014.
