Commercial Metals Company Reports Second Quarter Earnings Per Share Of $0.46, Earnings Per Share From Continuing Operations Of $0.52, And Announces Quarterly Dividend Of $0.12 Per Share
March 26, 2015 7:00 AM EDTIRVING, Texas, March 26, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Commercial Metals Company (NYSE: CMC) today announced financial results for its second quarter ended February 28, 2015. Net earnings attributable to CMC for the three months ended February 28, 2015 were $54.5 million ($0.46 per diluted share) on net sales of $1.4 billion.
