Hanmi Financial Declares Cash Dividend of $0.11 per Share
March 20, 2015 4:00 PM EDTLOS ANGELES, March 20, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Hanmi Financial Corporation (Nasdaq: HAFC) ("Hanmi"), the holding company for Hanmi Bank, today announced that its Board of Directors declared a cash dividend on its common stock of $0.11 per share, up 57.1% from $0.07 per share in the prior quarter. The dividend will be paid on April 14, 2015, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on March 31, 2015. Â Though the payment of cash dividends remains subject to review by the appropriate regulatory authorities on a quarterly basis, we have received regulatory approval to pay the first quarter dividend.
