March 20, 2015 6:59 AM EDTOVERLAND PARK, Kan.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The Board of Directors of Waddell & Reed Financial, Inc. (NYSE: WDR) approved a quarterly dividend on its Class A common stock of $0.43 per share payable on May 1, 2015 to stockholders of record as of April 10, 2015.
