Anworth Declares a $0.15 Per Share First Quarter 2015 Common Dividend and First Quarter 2015 Series C Preferred Stock Dividend
March 19, 2015 4:05 PM EDTSANTA MONICA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Anworth Mortgage Asset Corporation (NYSE: ANH) announced today that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly common stock dividend of $0.15 per share for the first quarter of 2015. The common stock dividend is payable on April 29, 2015 to common stockholders of record as of the close of business on March 31, 2015.
Also, in accordance with the terms of Anworths 7.625% Series C Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock, or Series C Preferred Stock, the board of directors declared a Series C Preferred Stock dividend of $0.476563 per share for the first quarter of 2015.... More
