New York Mortgage Trust Declares First Quarter 2015 Common Stock Dividend of $0.27 Per Share, and Preferred Stock Dividend
March 18, 2015 4:37 PM EDTNEW YORK, March 18, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- New York Mortgage Trust, Inc. (Nasdaq: NYMT) (the "Company") announced today that its Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.27 per share on shares of its common stock for the quarter ending March 31, 2015. The dividend will be payable on April 27, 2015 to common stockholders of record as of March 30, 2015.
