Tekmira Pharma (TKMR) to Offer 6M Common Shares
March 18, 2015 4:02 PM EDTTekmira Pharmaceuticals Corporation (Nasdaq: TKMR) announced that the Company is offering to sell 6,000,000 common shares in an underwritten public offering. Tekmira also expects to grant the underwriters a 30day option to purchase up to an additional 900,000 common shares.
