March 16, 2015 7:50 AM EDTTempur Sealy (NYSE: TPX) has filed definitive proxy materials with the Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC") in connection with its upcoming 2015 Annual Meeting of Shareholders to be held on May 8, 2015. Tempur Sealy shareholders of record as of March 11, 2015 are eligible to vote at the 2015 Annual Meeting.
