Altisource Residential Corporation Announces Special Cash Dividend
March 12, 2015 4:54 PM EDTFREDERIKSTED, U.S. Virgin Islands, March 12, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Altisource Residential Corporation ("Residential" or the "Company") (NYSE: RESI) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a special cash dividend of $0.08 per share of common stock, or an aggregate of $4.3 million based on shares outstanding. This dividend is intended to complete the distribution of 100% of Residential's taxable income for the year ended December 31, 2014. The Company will pay this dividend on March 30, 2015 to all stockholders of record as of the close of business on March 23, 2015.
