GFI Group (GFIG) to Sell Kyte Group

O'Brien & Associates (RJO), the oldest and largest independent futures brokerage and clearing firm in the United States, and GFI Group (NYSE: GFIG), a leading intermediary and provider of trading technologies and support services to the global OTC and listed markets, announced that RJO's affiliate, R.J. O'Brien Europe Limited (RJO Europe), will acquire GFI's subsidiary, The Kyte Group Limited (Kyte). Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
