Taubman Centers Increases Share Repurchase Program by $250 Million
March 10, 2015 4:05 PM EDTBLOOMFIELD HILLS, Mich., March 10, 2015 /PRNewswire/ --Â Taubman Centers, Inc. (NYSE: TCO) today announced its Board of Directors has increased its share repurchase program by $250 million. This increase to the $200 million share repurchase program authorized in August of 2013 brings Taubman Centers' total authorization to $450 million. The company plans to repurchase shares from time to time on the open market, or in privately negotiated transactions or otherwise, depending on market prices and other conditions.Â

Taubman Centers Increases Quarterly Common Dividend 4.6 Percent to $0.565 Per Share
March 10, 2015 12:03 PM EDTBLOOMFIELD HILLS, Mich., March 10, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Directors of Taubman Centers, Inc. (NYSE: TCO) today declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.565 per share of common stock, an increase of 4.6 percent. The common dividend is payable March 31, 2015 to shareholders of record on March 20, 2015. Since the company went public in 1992 it has never reduced its regular common dividend and has increased its dividend 18 times.
