Hudson Pacific Properties Declares First Quarter 2015 Dividends
March 9, 2015 9:02 AM EDTLOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Hudson Pacific Properties, Inc. (the Company) (NYSE: HPP) announced today that the Companys Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend on its common stock of $0.125 per share for the first quarter of 2015. The dividend will be paid on March 30, 2015 to stockholders of record on March 20, 2015.
In addition, the Board of Directors also declared a dividend for the first quarter of 2015 on its 8.375% Series B Cumulative Preferred Stock of $0.52344 per share. The dividend will be paid on March 30, 2015 to stockholders of record on March 20, 2015.
