CIM Commercial Trust Announces Quarterly Dividend

DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- CIM Commercial Trust Corporation (NASDAQ: CMCT), a real estate investment trust (REIT) that principally acquires, owns, and operates stabilized Class A and creative office properties in vibrant and improving urban communities throughout the U.S., announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.21875 per common share. The dividend will be paid on March 27, 2015 to shareholders of record as of March 20, 2015.
