Eastgroup Properties (EGP) Declares $0.57 Quarterly Dividend; 3.8% Yield
March 6, 2015 10:29 AM ESTEastgroup Properties (NYSE: EGP) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.57 per share, or $2.28 annualized.
The dividend will be payable on March 31, 2015, to stockholders of record on February 20, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of February 18, 2015.
The annual yield on the dividend is 3.8 percent.
