CTC Media Announces New Co-Chairman and Members of the Board of Directors

("CTC Media" or the "Company") (Nasdaq: CTCM), Russia's leading independent media company, today announced the appointment of Natasha Tsukanova and Kaj Gradevik to the CTC Media Board of Directors. Ms. Tsukanova has also been appointed Co-Chairman of the Board.
