Lamar Advertising (LAMR) Declares $0.68 Quarterly Dividend; 4.6% Yield
February 26, 2015 11:06 AM ESTLamar Advertising (NASDAQ: LAMR) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.68 per share, or $2.72 annualized.
The dividend will be payable on March 31, 2015, to stockholders of record on March 17, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of March 13, 2015.

Lamar Advertising (LAMR) Posts Q4 AFFP of $1.23/Share
February 25, 2015 6:04 AM ESTLamar Advertising (NASDAQ: LAMR) reported Q4 adjusted FFO of $1.23, $0.85 better than the analyst estimate of $0.38. Revenue for the quarter came in at $336.7 million versus the consensus estimate of $325.83 million.
Adjusted EBITDA was $150.6 million, versus the consensus at $144.4 million.
