February 25, 2015 1:05 PM ESTSAN FRANCISCO, Feb. 25, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- CollabRx, Inc. (Nasdaq: CLRX) today announced the closing of its previously announced underwritten public offering of 3,840,000 shares of its common stock and warrants to purchase up to an aggregate of 3,840,000 shares of its common stock at an offering price of $1.25 per common share and $0.0001 per warrant. In addition, the underwriter exercised the over-allotment option to purchase an additional 576,000 shares and warrants to purchase 576,000 shares of common stock.
