Univest Corporation Declares First Quarter Dividend
February 25, 2015 11:47 AM ESTSOUDERTON, Pa., Feb. 25, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Univest Corporation of Pennsylvania (Nasdaq: UVSP), parent company of Univest Bank and Trust Co. and its insurance, investments and equipment financing subsidiaries, today declared a $.20 per share quarterly cash dividend for the first quarter of 2015. The dividend will be paid on April 1, 2015 to shareholders of record as of March 11, 2015.Â
