February 13, 2015 6:40 AM ESTFollowing on the heals of a Bloomberg article yesterday that said Valeant Pharma (NYSE: VRX) secured financing for a Salix Pharma (NASDAQ: SLXP) bid, Reuters sources said Shire (NASDAQ: SHPG) is working with advisers on a potential offer and is evaluating how to secure financing.
