United Community Banks (UCBI) Declares $0.05 Quarterly Dividend; 1.1% Yield
February 12, 2015 12:17 PM ESTUnited Community Banks (NASDAQ: UCBI) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.05 per share, or $0.2 annualized.
The dividend will be payable on April 1, 2015, to stockholders of record on March 15, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of March 11, 2015.
