Staples (SPLS) to Acquire Office Depot (ODP) in $6.3B Deal
February 4, 2015 7:01 AM ESTStaples (Nasdaq: SPLS) and Office Depot, Inc. (Nasdaq: ODP) announced that the companies have entered into a definitive agreement under which Staples will acquire all of the outstanding shares of Office Depot.
