Provident Financial Services, Inc. Announces Fourth Quarter and Full Year Earnings and a 6.7% Increase in Its Quarterly Cash Dividend
January 30, 2015 8:00 AM ESTISELIN, N.J., Jan. 30, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Provident Financial Services, Inc. (NYSE: PFS) (the "Company") reported net income of $21.2 million, or $0.34 per basic and diluted share for the quarter ended December 31, 2014, compared to net income of $17.4 million, or $0.30 per basic and diluted share for the quarter ended December 31, 2013. For the year ended December 31, 2014, the Company reported net income of $73.6 million, or $1.22 per basic and diluted share, compared to net income of $70.5 million, or $1.23 per basic and diluted share for the same period last year.
