Malvern Bancorp, Inc. Reports Net Income of $321,000 or $0.05 Per Share for the First Quarter of Fiscal 2015, Representing a 401.6% Increase Over the First Quarter of Fiscal 2014
January 30, 2015 7:15 AM ESTPAOLI, Pa., Jan. 30, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Malvern Bancorp, Inc. (Nasdaq: MLVF) (the "Company"), parent company of Malvern Federal Savings Bank ("MFSB" or the "Bank"), today reported operating results for the first quarter ended December 31, 2014. Net income amounted to $321,000, or $0.05 per share, for the quarter ended December 31, 2014, an increase of $257,000 or approximately 401.6 percent as compared with the net income of $64,000, or $0.01 per share, for the quarter ended December 31, 2013.
