WSFS Reports 4th Quarter 2014 EPS of $1.32 Reflecting Strong Revenue Growth; and Reports Full Year 2014 EPS of $5.78, a 14% Increase Over 2013
January 29, 2015 4:20 PM ESTWILMINGTON, Del., Jan. 29, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- WSFS Financial Corporation (Nasdaq: WSFS), the parent company of WSFS Bank, reported net income of $12.7 million, or $1.32 per diluted common share for the final quarter of 2014 compared to net income of $11.4 million, or $1.23 per share for the third quarter of 2014 and net income of $12.1 million, or $1.33 per share for the fourth quarter of 2013. Results for both the third and fourth quarter of 2014 included significant corporate development costs primarily related to the merger integration of The First National Bank of Wyoming (FNBW).
