Avalonbay Communities (AVB) Raises Quarterly Dividend 7.8% to $1.25; 2.8% Yield
January 28, 2015 5:07 PM ESTAvalonbay Communities (NYSE: AVB) declared a quarterly dividend of $1.25 per share, or $5 annualized. This is a 7.8% increase from the prior dividend of $1.16.
