December 19, 2014 10:25 AM ESTSPRINGFIELD, Mo., Dec. 19, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Guaranty Federal Bancshares, Inc., (Nasdaq: GFED), the holding company (the "Company") for Guaranty Bank, today announces a $.05 dividend per common share for its fourth quarter ending December 31, 2014. The dividend will be payable on January 16, 2015 to stockholders of record on January 5, 2015. Â
