Boston Properties (BXP) Declares $4.50 Special Dividend; 3.4% Yield
December 9, 2014 6:08 AM ESTBoston Properties (NYSE: BXP) declared a special dividend of $4.50 per share.
The dividend will be payable on January 28, 2015, to stockholders of record on December 31, 2014.
The annual yield on the dividend is 3.4 percent.
