Stonecastle (BANX) Declares $0.50 Quarterly Dividend; 9.3% Yield

Stonecastle (NASDAQ: BANX) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.50 per share, or $2 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on January 2, 2015, to stockholders of record on December 12, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of December 10, 2014.

The annual yield on the dividend is 9.3 percent.
