Blackbaud, Inc. (NASDAQ: BLKB) 7% HIGHER; private equity firm Clearlake Capital Group changed its filing from a 13G to 13D, and noted that they changed their intent and are currently evaluating alternatives for their current investment and potential future investment in the Issuer.

AXT, Inc. (Nasdaq: AXTI) 7% LOWER; the company expects preliminary Q3 revenue to be in the range of $34-$35 million, down from the previous (provided on July 28, 2022) guidance range of $39-$41 million.

Rivian Automotive, Inc. (NASDAQ: RIVN) 6% HIGHER; announced production totals for the quarter ending September 30, 2022. The company produced 7,363 vehicles at its manufacturing facility in Normal, Illinois and delivered 6,584 vehicles during the same period.
