ONEOK (NYSE: OKE) 30 day option implied volatility is at 24 compared to its 52-week range of 17 to 37 following an announcement from the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, or FERC, that it no longer will allow master limited partnership, or MLP, interstate natural gas and oil pipelines to recover an income tax allowance in cost of service rates.
