RealD (RLD) Tops Q3 EPS by 3c, to Review Strategic Alternatives

RealD (NYSE: RLD) reported Q3 EPS of ($0.23), $0.03 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.26). Revenue for the quarter came in at $32.6 million versus the consensus estimate of $33.2 million.

RealD Inc. (NYSE: RLD) today announced financial results for its third quarter of fiscal 2015 ended December 31, 2014. In addition, RealD today announced its Board of Directors has initiated a process to explore a full range of strategic alternatives with the goal of enhancing value for all shareholders.
