Linde (NYSE: LIN) declared a quarterly dividend of $1.06 per share, or $4.24 annualized. This is a 10.1% increase from the prior dividend of $0.963.

The dividend will be payable on March 22, 2021, to stockholders of record on March 5, 2021, with an ex-dividend date of March 4, 2021.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.7 percent.
