Oceaneering (NYSE: OII) reported Q3 EPS of $1.16, $0.03 better than the analyst estimate of $1.13. Revenue for the quarter came in at $973.1 million versus the consensus estimate of $995.2 million.

Oceaneering sees FY2015 EPS of $4.10-$4.50, versus the consensus of $4.56.

Oceaneering sees FY2014 EPS of $3.95-$4.00, versus the consensus of $4.03.
