BofA/Merrill Lynch downgraded Juniper Networks (NYSE: JNPR) from Buy to Neutral with a price target of $28.00 (from $34.00) following weak guidance on a delays in carrier projects.
The downgrade comes as they expect a lack of catalysts for the stock. Analyst Tal Liani said while they positively view management's vision, the attractive valuation, and upside to the dividend payout, the cost restructuring and buyback program are nearly done.
