Macy's (NYSE: M) reported Q4 EPS of $2.31, versus the analyst estimate of $2.17. Revenue for the quarter came in at $9.2 billion versus the consensus estimate of $9.27 billion.
On a comparable sales basis, Macy’s, Inc.’s fourth quarter sales were up 1.4 percent in 2013 over 2012. Together with sales from departments licensed to third parties, fourth quarter 2013 sales on a comparable basis were up 2.3 percent.
Macy's sees FY2014 EPS of $4.40-$4.50, versus the consensus of $4.44.
