Birinyi Bought Citi (C), Goldman (GS); Says Drop in U.S. Stocks is 'Normal Correction'

Laszlo Birinyi says he bought Cirigroup (NYSE: C) and Goldman Sachs (NYSE: GS) shares. He spoke on Bloomberg TV today.

The drop in U.S. stocks is a "normal correction."
