Following the company's earnings report, Oppenheimer maintained an Outperform rating on Urban Outfitters, Inc. (NASDAQ: URBN) with a price target of $45.00.
Commenting on EPS results that missed estimates by a penny, analyst Pamela Quintiliano pointed to slightly weak gross margins.
"We're very encouraged by results, which speak to ongoing improvements/execution across divisions (both online and DTC). Obviously 4Q represents significant opportunity given very easy compares, but we believe the turn is still in its early stages and that longer-term growth potential abounds given carefully measured domestic/ international initiatives in place," said Quintiliano.
She thinks URBN remains very compelling at current level and called the stock a top pick.
