CapLease (NYSE: LSE) reported Q3 FFO of $0.17, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.16. Revenue for the quarter came in at $41.79 million versus the consensus estimate of $40.08 million.CapLease reaffirmed FY2012 guidance.
